Subscriptions Policy
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries of the selected product. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select during the checkout process using our Subscribe and Save feature.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for the applicable product(s) prior to shipment. Pricing of products is subject to change. Your discount will remain the same for the duration of the subscription. You will be notified of the applicable pricing in an email 7 days prior to being charged for the delivery. The email will include pricing information for the next shipment of product(s).
You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date and accurate. If your payment method is declined or we are otherwise unable to process your payment, we will send you an email asking you to update your payment method. In addition, we may attempt to charge your stored payment method up to two additional times. If we are unable to process payment, your subscription will be cancelled and no products will be shipped. We will send you an email notifying you of the cancellation.
Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration for the same duration as initially selected. If you do not want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it prior to shipment. You cannot cancel a shipment after payment has been received and the product has been shipped, but you can cancel future orders.
If you want to cancel, suspend, or change your subscription, you can do so at any time; provided that, you cannot cancel a shipment when payment has been received or if a product has already been shipped. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. Use those links to manage your subscription.
