No Returns or Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns of any products purchased from Rohner Finishing Systems LLC, and all sales are final. 

Exchanges

We do not offer any exchanges.  All sales are final.

No Warranty

All products and components sold on through our website are manufactured by third parties.  We offer no warranty for products or components manufactured by third parties except to the extent that we are entitled to pass through a warranty from the original equipment manufacturer of those goods, and, to the extent permissible, we will pass through such warranties to you.

Damaged or Defective Products or Wrong Items

If the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You can email us at parts@rohner-usa.com.
